Models for October 10-13

First of all, and this is SO important to us, we don’t want anyone to feel REJECTED.
There is a very very good chance we won’t find who we’re looking for, only because when we do art projects, we have an extremely narrow ViSION. We’re looking for something very specific.

We are potentially going to do three art shoots while we’re in the Pictured Rocks area, October 10th through 13th.

We have a closet of WEDDING DRESSES, and we’d love to shoot a BRIDE/model with the fabulous Marquette Lighthouse in the scene. We have TWO ideas for this, one is bright, and the other quite moody, for a short story concept.

We’ve already done several other lighthouses in the bright style….

We did this test shot for the dark/moody version last year…

We are also going to try to shoot our FLYING DRESS.
We had one custom-made in red, so it’s an insane THREE TIMES as long as a normal flying dress…

This is our (normal length) green version we shot last year…

…and we’re POSSIBLY going to do a demo Senior Portrait Shoot. We already bring our own Seniors to Lake Superior every year, but we’d like to use someone local.

HERE’S WHAT WE NEED.

First, and no question, volunteers must be 18.
If we do a Senior shoot, as strange as this sounds, we’d rather someone who graduated this last spring. We don’t want to TAKE business from local photographers, and we do need subjects to be 18.

For these shoots our ideal subject is naturally photogenic. We promise, no judgments, we just aim for models with natural hair and colorings. When possible we avoid visible tattoos. We like BLANK CANVASES. We are most likely going to stay between 18 and 28.

The wedding dress shoot would feel more pretty or elegant.
The flying dress shoot would be elegant but kinda sexy, it’s a very ‘leggy’ dress.
The Senior would obviously be more towards cute and active.

It’s POSSIBLE….one person could fit all three roles.
….DANCERS would have an advantage shooting the flying dress…which is actually kinda challenging, and no one on Earth has tried to use one THIS LONG 🙂
