Weddings for 2024 and 2025
We’ve made a few minor changes to how we shoot weddings starting this year 🙂
We’re changing from a PRIMARY package of TWO photographers,
to a primary package of ONE.
We’re still offering both versions, but…..
……after more than 150 two-photographer weddings, we can say with great confidence……you don’t need the two-photographer package. It’s NICE, it adds value, but we’re 100% certain we can COMPLETELY cover your wedding with just ONE photographer.
Which is why we’ve adjusted and made that our PRIMARY package.
Weddings are COMPLETE with us*.
We include engagement shoot(s).
We include a BRIDAL shoot.
We include a Bridal Boudoir shoot if you choose.
We block off the ENTIRE wedding day…and will be on your location at the earliest time you have anything interesting happening. Our package includes ALL DAY, and THREE HOURS into the reception. If for some reason, you believe something important will happen LATER than three hours after the start of the reception, please let us know as early as possible, we’ll adapt.
Our finished product is a MINIMUM of 275 edited images for one photographer
and a MINIMUM of 325 edited images for two photographers.
We also include, separately, as unedited files, EVERY USABLE IMAGE we capture that day, a minimum of 4000.
Our turnaround will be 14 days or less (unless you choose a later date)
The only exception to this, will be in the Fall Colors window, where the turnaround will be 21 days or less.
Weddings for us are**
$2150 for ONE photographer
and
$2650 for TWO photographers (just to be clear, we believe EVERY wedding can be completely covered by just ONE photographer)
Our payment schedule is uniquely FLEXIBLE. We require a minimum of $500 down to hold a date. After that, we let YOU decide when payments will be due, and in most cases you can EXTEND that payment schedule up to three months BEYOND the wedding.
That means we still deliver the finished products in a two weeks, but if you choose, you can plan to make payments on the package for up to 90 days AFTER the wedding.
*We won’t be doing any a la carte weddings.
We are only scheduling FULL weddings for ’24 and ’25.
**We travel up to 90 miles one way, from Battle Creek with no extra charge. We add $150 to the package to travel from 91 miles to 250 miles from Battle Creek. And we will do DESTINATION WEDDINGS, meaning locations that require airfare, for a CUSTOM price.
